RCRs do not come with a dedicated 5v converter for the USB charge port and it instead leaches power from the internal 5v rail in your Kelly controller. This can cause issues when attempting to charge a phone. This adapter fixes the problem.
Plug and play. This extension has an integrated 5v converter and is installed in-line with the stock Onyx left-hand switch controls.
To install: remove your bike's left side panel, unplug the left hand switch control's 9pin, and plug this adapter in between.
